Frequently asked questions
Why is searching free but getting in touch isn't?
Viewing profiles, reading reviews and checking references never cost anything, so you can compare calmly. The fee only applies to starting a new conversation and prevents spam requests toward cleaners.
What do I get for the fee?
Access to start a conversation with the cleaner of your choice. A single contact gives access to one conversation; a package or unlimited subscription gives access to multiple conversations, depending on what you buy.
Does continuing an existing conversation cost anything too?
No. Once a conversation has started, it stays free to keep sending messages, even after your contact credit later expires.
What if a cleaner doesn't respond?
If a cleaner doesn't respond within 48 hours and you have no credit left, you automatically get a free replacement contact to try another cleaner. So you never pay for a cleaner who doesn't respond.
Do cleaners also pay to respond?
No. For cleaners, creating a profile and responding to customers is always free, with no commission on their rate.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. All amounts shown include 21% VAT.
Does my contact credit expire?
That depends on the package: some are valid for an unlimited time, others for a fixed period. This is stated with the package itself. A conversation you've already started always keeps working, even after your credit expires.
