So who does pay, then?
Customers pay a small, one-time fee to start a conversation with you. That amount goes to Matiwala, not to you, and is separate from the rate you agree with the customer yourself.
How does verification work?
We check your email address and phone number automatically. For the identity badge, you upload a valid ID document, which an administrator reviews by hand and then deletes.
Can I change my rate and availability later?
Yes. You can change your hourly rate, services and availability at any time in your dashboard.
